This year on May 4-6 in Aghveran took place the seminar about ''Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity'' organized by public organization ILGA Europe.
During the meeting many sexopathologists were present, and also psychiatrists, psychologists and lawyers. 

The honorable guest of the seminar was the director of the center of psycho-endocrinology in Moscow, MD, professor, psychiatrist,    psychotherapist,  psycho-endocrinologist, sexologist Stepan Matevosyan who made many reports.

     During the seminar doctor sexopathologist Vahe Asryan made a report too and presented the topic of ''The right of man's health and health needs of  LGBT people''.The meeting took place with many interactive discussions, during which there were a lot of questions about LGBT people's treatment by doctors.
Parallel to these topics the expected changes of  ICD 11 were also discussed, especially.

     ''Mental disorders and behavioral disorders'' class will be renamed as  ''Conditions related to sexual health''.

     ''Personal and behavioral disorders at a mature age'' class  will be renamed as ''Gender mismatch/ dysphoria ''.

     ''Transsexualism'' class will be renamed as '' Gender dysphoria in adolescents and adults''.
It was suggested by professor Matevosyan to validate and apply the procedure of  LGBT people's treatment for the doctors in Russian Federation by The Armenian Association of Sexologists.
